Overwhelming you with heavy experiences in therapy is both unsustainable and ineffective. That’s why we go as far as your capacity supports and as fast as your body allows. Safety is primary in my work.
Don’t know where to start? It’s not as important as you think. I will meet you where you are, with compassion and co-regulation. I don’t come from a place of all-knowing but rather a place of curiosity.
Stuck in your head? You are done analyzing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In this process, we engage your whole system to integrate your experiences on a deeper level.
Start with a short consult call to share your needs and get all your questions answered.
Next, complete your intake form for the first session to set your therapy intentions.
Onwards, experience your nervous system shifting from one session to the next.
I am certified and specialized in many types of traumas, syndromes, and conditions. In my work I focus on both the injury and the capacity. What your body is holding and what it is longing for. In my special methodology of work that goes from trauma, to relief, to growth and expansion.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is not just another therapy. It’s a unique somatic approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine, rooted in the polyvagal theory. It’s designed to address nervous system dysregulation after traumatic experiences. Through SE, you’ll have the space to fully process your traumas with a safe, containing, compassionate witness. In parallel, you’ll expand your capacity, build resilience, and experience a broader spectrum of feelings, emotions, and sensations without overwhelm.
Sex is a life force, and pleasure is a birthright. Somatic sexology is an integrative approach that blends both the neuroscience of the body and the psychology of relationships.Based on attachment theory, boundary work, and intimacy coaching, clients learn about their sexuality, connect with their partners, and explore their core desires. In a safe, judgment-free setting, they engage more with their bodies through playfulness and curiosity.

I've reached a level of safety, stability, tranquility, and psychological reassurance that I've searched for my whole life and never found. I was able to achieve them with Yasmine after our sessions 🙏🏻.
I've paused our sessions for a while because I want to do some self-reflection, and I will return to therapy with her later.
Yasmine never ended a session before making sure I was in a stable place and always asked if it was an appropriate time to conclude. This always reassured me.
She's the only therapist who, no matter how strange what I was saying or how much I disliked myself, encouraged me to look at my feelings and events with curiosity and without judging myself. I never felt like she was giving me advice or theories from an ivory tower.
Yasmine is a sincere, trustworthy, and generous person, and a professional therapist. I always feel, when attending her workshops and programs, that she's incredibly open with information and gives from her heart.
I have tried many help-professionals from coaches to therapists, and with Yasmine I found something that is different.
Many many life changing shifts occurred over the past few years because of the support that I received in this space. I’m so grateful for Yasmine's heart, guidance, and my journey with her.
Before Yasmine, I was diagnosed with Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) and started talk therapy, which wasn't the best fit for me, but it did set me on the right path. I was lost in my symptoms, unable to feel any desire for life or enjoy anything.
Now, I've been working with Yasmine for over two years through individual sessions, in addition to the workshops I've attended with her and the "Break the Cycle" program.
The healing journey requires patience and time. Yasmine would ask questions that helped me compare my present self to my past. She never gave me canned answers, nor did she ever diagnose or label me in a way that confined me.
No matter what I understand from Yasmine about what we do in sessions, sometimes I don't really know "intellectually" what really happened in our sessions because I was so in my body, but later on I find out how my nervous system shifts, symptoms disappear, and my relationships and reactions change drastically.
