Discover your body's wisdom and capacity to heal trauma, access pleasure, and expand beyond.

I’m here to help you live YOUR joyful life with meaningful connections.
Life’s so much easier when you’re regulated. Everything’s in flow; you can both rest and create and have the capacity to connect with yourself and others. When we learn about the nervous system and understand its language, we can get stressed when necessary and rest when we’re done. Trauma can get in the way of this natural rhythm of activation and deactivation, but our bodies have the ability to restore this original organization. My mission is to help you get your system back online and reclaim your natural rhythm.
Feeling stuck? Unable to sense pleasure or feel alive? Can’t tell the same story one more time? You’re in luck. You don’t have to tell me everything to start therapy. We’ll have a consult call where I’ll answer your questions, address your concerns, and get to know your expectations and aspirations in therapy.
Explore diverse resources designed to empower you on your journey toward personal growth, healing, and transformation. From engaging classes to actionable workshops and comprehensive programs, each offering is intentionally crafted to support your goals at its core.

I've reached a level of safety, stability, tranquility, and psychological reassurance that I've searched for my whole life and never found. I was able to achieve these things with Yasmine after our sessions 🙏🏻.
From the very beginning of the class, I felt this beautiful sense of warmth and playfulness among participants. Yasmine's compassionate presence really set the tone, creating this safe and cozy space where we could come together every week, connect and be ourselves. What made it even more special for me was that it was my first attending a somatic group session in Arabic, and it felt close to heart. Yasmine's caring nature shone through, making sure everyone felt supported and seen, even after the session ended if needed. It was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend Yasmine's work, if you have the chance to participate in any of her workshops, don't hesitate for a moment!
This was one of the best workshops I've ever attended! I went in with so many thoughts and feelings of not being good enough. I left with practical tools that helped me shift from a victim mentality.
It feels like someone who was blind and slowly discovered they just needed glasses. Once they put them on, they truly began to see the world around them and realized it also has colors and beautiful things. The measure has changed, and that has changed everything!
This workshop led to various discoveries and shed light on important points, specifically that I face a problem with boundaries.
Despite my continuous struggle with boundaries in my relationships, I couldn't quite name it until I attended this workshop. In the workshop, I understood boundaries in a much clearer way and scope.
I'm so very grateful for this workshop.
This workshop was well-structured and planned. For the first time in my life, I truly heard and understood the emotions surrounding prayer and how it's a beautiful act of connection. What impacted me most was understanding slowness and how the water in ablution is part of an important ritual. I also grasped how the sequence of movements, from ablution to the end of prayer, are all interconnected.
If the workshop were to be repeated, I would absolutely love for everyone I know, even our children, to hear about it and attend.
